How do I get started with Yours Truly?
Just click the Get Started! button on the home page to start creating your album. Once you’re done choosing from the different styles and options, you can create an account and save your project to favorites for later purchase, or continue on with a $50 deposit(fee waived for a limited time!) and upload your photos.

Our customer service staff is ready to provide support by phone or live chat. Click on the Contact Us page for more details.

How many photos should I put in my album?
The average album has 80-100 photos. You can select anywhere from 50 to 200 photos.

How much will my Yours Truly Wedding Album cost?
Prices are determined by the number of photos you’d like in your album as well as the size and options you desire. Visit the pricing section on our website to access the price calculator, or just start building your album by clicking the Get Started! button! Prices for every option are shown at each step.

When will my credit card charged?
We’ll collect a $50 deposit when you are ready to upload your photos. Once you have reviewed and approved your album layout, you will proceed to check-out where you’ll have another chance to order upgrades and additional copies for parents and loved ones. At that time we’ll collect the remaining balance for your album including any add-on purchases or layout revision charges (beyond the four revisions which are included). Full payment is required before production of your album begins.

Can I cancel my order once it is been submitted?
You may cancel your order at any time. The $50 deposit will not be refunded if the initial layout has been completed. You will be able to download the high resolution JPEG files of the completed layout. If the design has NOT been completed you will receive a full refund.

How long does it take for Yours Truly to produce my album?
Album layouts will be ready within 7 business days. Once the layout is approved and check-out complete, the album production takes about 15 business days. Shipping time varies from 2 to 4 days depending on where you live.

How do I check the status of my order?
Just log in to your Yours Truly account to check on the status any order(s) past or present.

How do I know when the album ships?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a FedEx tracking number when your album ships. You’ll also find this information in your Yours Truly account.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Regular ground shipping rates for the 48 contiguous states range from $13-$17 depending on your location. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $300.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico or Canada.

What if there is a flaw with my album?
You should contact us immediately if there are any concerns with the product. We stand behind our products 100% and want to make sure that you’re happy with the end product.

How long do you keep the files from my wedding?
Yours Truly will keep the files of your album layout indefinitely just in case you’d like to order more copies. In the event of a natural disaster such as fire, flood, tornado or hurricane, we will replace your album for free.

Can I order more products in the future or do I have to order them with my original order?
You can order additional products at any time.

What products are available with Yours Truly?
We offer a main album and replica parent album copies. Coming soon, we will also offer guest sign-in books.

Can I order prints from my wedding photos such as 4x6’s or 8x10’s?
Currently we only offer albums.

What are the most popular album options that brides and grooms order?
Our best sellers are 10x10 albums with 80-100 photos, the genuine leather cover upgrade, gilded page edges, and our Stylized Layout. Most couples also order parent album copies which are a great value!

What kind of paper are the albums printed on?
We only use professional quality photographic paper. This ensures the best image quality and time-tested longevity.

Are the photos protected in any way?
Yes, each photo has a protective coating to guard against fingerprints and minor abrasions.

How thick are the pages of the album?
Our thin pages are 1/32” and thick pages are 1/16”.

What is a photo inset?
A photo inset is a photo recessed into the leather cover of your album.

What size is the photo on a Custom Photo Inset Cover?
The photo inset size is 3x9 for a 12x12 album, 2.5x7.5 for a 10x10 album and 2x6 on an 8x8 album.

What size is the photo on a You-nique Cover?
The photo inset size is 9x3 for a 12x12 album, 7.5x2.5 for a 10x10 album and 6x2 on an 8x8 album.

Can I order just parent albums without a main album?
No, our parent albums with the replica photo cover are only available with purchase of a main wedding album. The minimum order is an 8x8 album with imitation leather photo cover.

Can I order additional albums at a later date?
Once an order is submitted, you will need to create a new order.

Can I get parent albums individually or do I have to order them in sets?
With the order of a main album, you have a choice of adding individual parent albums or a set of 2 for additional savings.

What if parents want a different cover than the one I chose for my album?
Each order includes a single layout. If your parent wants a different layout, a new order would need to be placed for an 8x8 or larger album.

What if my parents want a different layout for their album?
Each order includes a single layout only. In this scenario you will need to place a second, separate order with a wholly unique layout.

Can I get the digital files from my layout?
Yes, the high resolution JPEG files of the completed layout will be available for you to download once your album has shipped. Log into your Yours Truly account to access the files.

Should I select the photos before sending them to Yours Truly?
We know that deciding on the best shots from hundreds of photos can be a very time-consuming and daunting task. That’s why we offer a free-of-charge selection service to help you narrow down the photos for your album prior to the layout process. Simply upload all your photos to us and we’ll get you started by picking out what we feel are the best, most album-worthy photos. You’ll have the chance to tweak our selections so you’ll know only your favorite photos make it into your album.

Do I get to review the photos Yours Truly selects before my album is designed?
Of course! Once our designers select your photos, we’ll send you a link to our online selection tool. There, you’ll be able to review the photos chosen by our designers and make any additions or substitutions to the “in design” collection that you see fit. Once you confirm the selection, we’ll get started on your layout.


What is the difference between the Simplistic and Stylized layouts?
The “Simplistic” layout puts the focus on the photos and includes your choice of white or black backgrounds with no special effects. The “Stylized” layout is a contemporary way to tell your story by using colored and detailed backgrounds, more graphic effects and less white space, this design has more pizzazz.

Do I have any input on the layout?
Yes. We provide a comments section in the ordering system for you to communicate with our designers. You may want to make note of favorite photos you’d like us to feature, or use on your cover. We cannot accept any pre-designs, PDFs or other graphics in the comments section.

Do you color correct my photos or fix any that are too bright/dark or blurry?
A global density and sharpening will be applied to all photos (unless you instruct us not to). The designers will make only slight color adjustments as necessary to balance them to the prevailing color palate. These adjustment will be shown in the layout preview. Poor quality photo submissions will likely not be greatly improved upon.

Do you offer any additional services, such as retouching or custom work?
Retouching and other custom work is available for $48/hour. Please contact our Customer Service team for further information or to get a quote.

How long does it take for Yours Truly to lay out my album?
Your layout will be available for viewing online generally within 7 business days of your submission.

What if I want to make changes to my layout?
You can make up to 4 revisions. After the 4th revision there will be an additional charge of $5 per spread.

How much do revisions cost?
We’ll revise to up to four spreads at no additional charge. Revisions after that are available for $5 per spread.

What if I don't like the layout or decide not to order an album from Yours Truly?
You may cancel your order. The $50 deposit will not be refunded, but you will be able to download high resolution JPEG files of the layout we created. If we have yet to begin work on your layout, you will receive a full refund.

How long do I have to approve the layout?
While we know you’ll want to keep your album project moving along, we understand that sometimes life just gets in the way! There is no time restriction on the approval process, however we will send friendly e-mail reminders every few days until you approve your layout.

Uploading and File Types

How do I submit my photos to Your Truly?
You must upload your high-res image files directly to your Yours Truly account when prompted once we have your order information. We cannot accept CD’s, DVD’s, negatives or physical photographs.

What type of image files are required?
We accept only JPEG files. JPEG files are smaller and allow for a faster upload time. Images with file extensions such TIF, PSD, DNG, CR2, NEF, ARW, etc. not acceptable. There is a file size limit of 25mb per photo.

Do my photos need to be in any kind of order?
If you’ve already selected just the photos you want in your album, we’ll ask if they are sequenced by file name prior to uploading. Sequencing your photos can help insure a better first draft of your layout, however it is not mandatory.

How many photos should I put in my album?
The average album has 100-110 photos. You can select anywhere from 50 to 200 photos.

Will you check my photo quality when designing the album?
Yes, our designers will make sure your photos are high quality enough to print properly in our albums.

Can I submit non-professional photos taken by an inexpensive camera or phone?
Yes, but it is not recommended. Non-professional photos may be pixilated, blurry and are not suitable for enlargement in your layout. These types of photos appearing alongside professional photos in your layout may look markedly inferior, as well.

Do my photos have to be in a digital format?
Yes, your photos must be digital. We do not accept negatives or physical prints.
